To make a bonus amount eligible for withdrawal, a 15x wagering requirement must be completed. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets worth ৳15,000 before withdrawing.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

6 Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Placing bets artificially or using fraudulent strategies to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, or any form of technical manipulation.
